Senior Administration Supervisor

Job Summary (includes but not limited)

Responsible for all administrative and general services to the Company, in order to ensure the daily operation of the Company; Control of Administrative Expenses; Management of Administrative Assets and Supplies; Logistics Services; Management of Company legal certificates; To help deal with the Government and Public Affairs; Local industry and foreign investment policies and regulations to ensure that the company's existing and future development planning is effective.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree and above, majoring in management

5+ years of experiences in secretariat or general services department of foreign invested heavy manufacturing industry, including at least three years as supervisor

Familiar with general services activities. Proficient in office automation software (especially Word and Excel). Having good understanding of network. Good command of English communication (Oral and Write).

Experienced in dealing with both internal and external administrative affairs; Very strong sense of responsibilities, accountable, working on details. Certain negotiation skills

Have a strong implementation capacity, communication skills, team spirit and good appearance

Have a strong time sense of coordination and management capacities

Human Resource & Administration Manager

Job Summary (includes but not limited)

Develops, coordinates and directs a variety of human resource programs. Responsible for human resources services such as compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, expatriate policy, employee relations and administration. 

Responsible for all administrative and general services to the Company, in order to ensure the daily operation of the Company.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in HR Management, MBA, Applied Psychology or other related disciplines

At least 5 years experience in HR& Admin, at least 3 years in manager position, preferably in a manufacturing environment with MNCs

Familiar with all HR functional processes and tools, well versed in governmental rules and labor laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good English communication skill, both written and spoken

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

TQE Manager

Job Summary (includes but not limited)

In charge of management of producing process and establishment of quality assurance system (QWAY) to ensure that all products consistently meet IKEA specifications and national laws and local regulations, as well as development of new products.

Qualifications

Degree level in mechanical or production engineering; Fluent in spoken and written English

Quality Engineering qualification, ISO 9001 certification experience

More than 5 years' experience in quality management functions in multinational automotive companies.

Strong production management experience and skills in managing manufacturing and team members.

Strong leadership and influencing skill, team builder

Ability to drive growth with “can-do spirit”. Excellent execution skill

A good communicator with a proven track record of delivering tangible results through effective management and delegation

EHS Specialist

Job Summary (includes but not limited)

To work out the relevant EHS rules and regulations for company according to national laws and regulations, so that we can meet the requirements of Environmental Protection Laws for all relevant environmental protection equipment and facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in safety/environment or equivalent discipline

At least 1 year experience in similar manufacturing company in the function of Safety/Environment/Health

Good knowledge of EHS Administration

Ability to manage the daily jobs under stress.

Microsoft office Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office tool very well.

English fluent both in written and oral.
